These terms govern use of the Spooky Sidelong Yoga website and attendance at our Lyon studio. French law applies. Consumer rights under the French Consumer Code remain unaffected where mandatory.
Services
We offer group and private yoga, pilates, and stretching sessions for adults. Classes are educational movement sessions, not medical treatment. Results vary; we make no health outcome guarantees.
Bookings and payments
Prices are listed in euros on the Pricing page and confirmed at purchase. Packs are personal and non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing. Unused credits expire as stated at sale. Late cancellation rules may forfeit a credit when notice is under three hours.
Studio conduct
Arrive on time, respect other participants, and follow instructor safety cues. We may refuse entry or end a session if behaviour risks harm or disruption. Inform teachers of relevant physical limitations before class.
Website
Content is provided for information about our Lyon studio. We may update schedules and prices without prior notice. Do not misuse the site (scraping, injecting malicious code, or impersonating staff).
Liability
Within limits allowed by French law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from website use. For studio activities, liability follows applicable civil rules; participants practise at their own informed risk after receiving cues.
Intellectual property
Text, branding, and design on this site belong to Spooky Sidelong Yoga or licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.
