Classes
Three clear formats share the same floor: mat yoga, reformer pilates, and guided stretching. Every session lists level guidance so you can choose without guessing.
Mat yoga
Foundations Yoga builds stand, sit, and floor patterns with generous time for breath. Open Flow adds longer sequences and stronger standing work while keeping options for knees and wrists. Evening Restore softens the day with longer holds and a quiet close — no medical promises, just space to settle before you walk back toward Bellecour.
We cue from the outside in: feet, pelvis, ribs, then gaze. Props are encouraged. If a pose does not suit you that day, teachers offer a clear alternative rather than pushing through discomfort.

Pilates & stretch
- Reformer foundations
- Carriage control, footbar work, and strap patterns for first-time reformers. Springs stay moderate; form comes before load.
- Reformer strength
- For regulars who know the machine. Longer sequences, clearer tempo changes, still capped at small groups.
- Open stretch
- Floor-based lengthening for hip flexors, hamstrings, chest, and thoracic mobility. Ideal after desk hours or as recovery between fuller classes.
- Mix & match weeks
- Many members pair one yoga, one reformer, and one stretch session. Packs and drop-ins both work — see Pricing for euro rates.
