Purposes and legal bases
We use data to manage bookings and memberships (contract), answer enquiries (legitimate interest or pre-contract steps), meet accounting obligations (legal obligation), and — only if you consent — measure optional analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent without affecting studio services.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months. Client booking and invoicing data follow French commercial retention rules. Cookie preferences are stored locally in your browser until cleared.
Recipients and transfers
Data stays with our staff and vetted processors (hosting, email, payment). We do not sell personal data. If a processor stores data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
